A soil loosener like no other!
What´s so special about the Kollitsch rear soil loosener?
Thanks to its special design with the leading disc harrow, our rear soil loosener requires very little pulling power. To ensure the durability of the machine, all heavily stressed components are made from HARDOX 450 (SSAB steel), making the soil loosener not only robust but also comparatively lightweight.
Our tooth is designed to break the compacted soil layer along its natural fracture lines. This way, soil organisms are not disturbed, and humus can be built up over the long term.
Up to 55 cm deep!
Loosening always takes place in the compacted soil layer, which in most cases is between 20 and 40 cm deep. However, the soil loosener allows loosening down to 55 cm. The full-rubber support wheels prevent the machine from sinking too deeply into the soil.
Shear bolts serve as stone protection. With a tine spacing of 75 cm, only a few very large stones are brought to the surface. The wear parts are easy to replace and made of high-strength cast material.
Attachments
Our soil loosener is designed so that various attachments can be easily added. All relevant parts are either pre-welded or custom-made so they can be mounted on the machine independently.
